We undertake New Build and Refurbishment projects for private individuals, development companies and investors throughout the South of England. Typical projects vary from complete refurbishments, multi unit flat conversions, basement and loft conversions, barn conversions, kitchen extensions and New Build warranty backed projects. Project budgets range from £50,000 to £2 million.
The vast majority of our work is gained through architect, engineer & client referals and we offer an unrivalled service of project communication and competitive pricing for our work but do not compromise on quality.
Membership Accreditation
Nest Egg Developments are members of the Federation of Master Builders. We are also part of the highly regarded Masterbond & Trust Mark scheme, whereby our work is regularly reviewed and assessed by independent inspectors. As such we are able to offer our clients insurance backed warranties for all our work be it refurbishment or New Build.
