About Nest Egg Developments
Nest Egg was formed in 2001 by Neil Moulton initially focusing on the niche market of residential property extensions and conversions with the aim of enabling homeowners and investors to maximise the potential of their property. Recently Nest Egg has expanded into the development of commercial property and new build projects. Nest Egg mainly work within London and the Home Counties but have also been approached from various locations throughout the country.
Nest Egg’s ethos is our focus on client satisfaction and quality of product. We aim to achieve the highest quality of service for our clients and to work within their specified budgets and parameters. We advise on realistic options to achieve the best results based upon these factors.
Each project has an individually assigned project manager who remains in contact throughout and who is able to work to our clients’ timetable and commitments.
Nest Egg are regsitered with the Federation of Master Builders (FMB) as one of their trusted Masterbond contractors. As such we are able to offer warranties to cover all our work from 2 years to 10 years dependant upon our client's requirements.
Our projects span from £40,000 to £1 million. We are based in Surrey but have the capacity to undertake works throughout the country if required and are happy to accomodate our client's requirements.
Most of our work is gained though client and architect recommendation and as such we have a great deal of repeat business, which is testament to the quality of our product and service. We do however always look forward to working with new clients and offer the highest quality service to all our customers, new or old friends.
